Energy Data Management platform for energy smart and proactive consumption.
Vodafone Group wanted to build the architecture and model the data structure for thier EDM platform to utilize energy consumption across thier power plants in Europe. Together we managed to understand various use cases and put in place an efficient and cost-effective archietcture and data model.
C-IoT CRM
CRM platfrom to manage relationship with Vodafone's IoT consumers.
Vodafone wanted to enhance the performance of C-IoT customer service teams and effeciently manage the customer realtionship by building a new CRM platfrom that overcomes any shortages while dealing with customers requests and orders. We helped them in their gap analysis to find out where is the areas that needs improvement and we helped Vodafone's internal technical teams to design the archiectture and identify the integration touch points with other internal Vodafone systems.
